There really was no reservation. The hostess was not a bit nice about it either. I have been going to BWW for years all over Michigan. This hostess did not even put us on her waiting list until I asked 5 minutes after the fact. After waiting over 20 minutes we noticed many tables clearing outside where we asked to be seated. I went inside to ask if there were tables available yet only to see two sets of patrons come in after us be seated in the outdoor section before us.
I am not impressed with how this matter was handled. They did not receive our reservation. We ended up going to dinner somewhere else.
Christmas Eve. Food was good. Server great considering they were working on Christmas Eve. Would help if front counter knew they take reservations. I had to show them my phone and a manager had to show them where to find the reservation in their system.
Front counter employee was pleasant and apologetic. We enjoyed the evening. I requested dining side in the reservation because I have a toddler but they put us in the bar.
Other than that it was great. Bdubs was good like always. Only problem was that we had a reservation at and they were not ready at all. We ended up having to move tables together before the rest of the party got there. This location does not take reservations on the weekends!
They were very helpful but said the reservation had not come through on their end. Your server made your dining experience the best. Personally, I would go for one of the great wing bundles currently being offered. If you do not feel like having chicken wings, maybe one of the new Loaded Burgers will be what you desire. A burger filled with chile peppers in three different ways and served on a challah bun sounds like a dream come true. If you prefer your chicken between two buns, Bdubbs has you covered there as well.
You can go with a lighter route with the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. If you would prefer no meat on Easter, there are always the tasty Cauliflower Wings. You can never go wrong with those or with the Southwestern Black Bean Burger. No matter what you desire for a fried treat, Buffalo Wild Wings will have you covered this Easter. Even if you want to stop in after having an Easter meal with friends or family.
